New location since January 2025

Since January 2025, our Zagreb branch has been operating at a new location: Makarska ulica 5, 10000 Zagreb. This new location provides patients with even better access to our services, with modern infrastructure and additional amenities.

The new address houses our largest and most modern hyperbaric chamber, equipped with modern equipment that ensures high standards in providing medical services. Access is also adapted for people with disabilities and entry with a hospital bed is possible.

History of the branch

From 2004 to the end of 2024, our branch office in Zagreb operated as part of the Dubrava Clinical Hospital. During that period, thanks to our professional team and quality equipment, we significantly contributed to the development of hyperbaric medicine in Croatia.

By opening the branch office in Zagreb, an important step was taken in providing modern and painless therapeutic methods that are key in the treatment of numerous diseases.

Our team

Sead Žiga, MD

Director of the OXY Polyclinic, emergency medicine specialist
Extensive clinical experience in emergency and intensive care medicine and additional training in hyperbaric and diving medicine and quality management in health care.

Boris Delić, MD

Emergency medicine specialist
Deep knowledge of emergency conditions relevant to hyperbaric medicine, including gas gangrene and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Iva Gagula, med. ses.

Nurse
Has worked in hyperbaric medicine since 2019, with additional experience in working with pulmonary patients and treating chronic wounds.

Ana Sirovec, med. ses.

Nurse
Has worked in hyperbaric medicine since 2019; as a chamber attendant, she cares for patients during hyperbaric treatment.

Ivan Markač, med. tech.

Medical technician, pressure vessel operator
Experienced diver with thousands of hours of diving, certified by the Croatian Energy Association. Excellent knowledge of hyperbaric systems.

Slaven Knežević, bacc. med. tech.

Medical technician, pressure vessel operator
Actively participates in the education of secondary medical school students.
